Welcome to Corgidoku (the “Game”), provided by Tiangong Culture & Entertainment Co., Ltd. (天公文化娛樂有限公司, “we”, “us”). By downloading, installing or using the Game, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Game.
1. Eligibility
If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), please use the Game only after a parent or legal guardian has read and agreed to these Terms.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable and limited license to install and use the Game on devices you own or control. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by us.
3. Online account
When online features (online battles and friends) unlock, the Game automatically creates an anonymous online account for you. Its sign-in credential is stored only on your device.
Changing devices, uninstalling the Game or clearing its app data may permanently lose the account, and we cannot recover it for you.
You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
You can delete your account at any time under Settings → Delete account; the game progress on that device is cleared too. Deletion cannot be undone.
4. In-game items
Bones, hints and other in-game items can only be used in the Game. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, transferred or sold. To keep the Game balanced, we may change the amount, availability or effect of in-game items. The Game currently has no in-app purchases.
5. Advertising
The Game contains ads provided by third parties. Advertisers are responsible for their ads; any dealings between you and an advertiser are solely between you and that advertiser. Items for watching a rewarded ad are granted as actually delivered and may not be granted if the ad does not finish playing or fails to load.
6. Rules of conduct
When using the Game, you must not:
use cheats, modify the Game’s code or data, use automation tools, or otherwise cheat or gain an unfair advantage;
interfere with, attack or overload our servers, or attempt unauthorized access to any system or data;
reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Game, except where the law expressly permits it;
use a nickname that is offensive, discriminatory, hateful, sexual or harassing, that impersonates someone else, or that infringes anyone’s rights;
use friend, invitation, gift or battle features to harass others, or farm rewards through collusion or repeatedly quitting matches;
break any applicable law.
If you break these Terms, we may change your nickname, restrict or suspend your use of online features, or delete your online account.
7. Nicknames
The nickname you set is shown to other players. You confirm that you have the right to use it and allow us to display it in the Game to provide the service. We may remove or change inappropriate nicknames.
You can report an inappropriate nickname or block another player in the Game. A nickname reported by three or more players is automatically replaced with a random one and can’t be used again.
8. Intellectual property
The Game’s software, artwork, characters, music, sound effects, levels, text and trademarks belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.
9. Changes, interruptions and termination
We may update, change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Game, including online features, and the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, failures or events beyond our control. If we plan to end online services, we will try to announce it in advance in the Game or on our official page.
10. Disclaimer
The Game is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free or work on every device.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Game. This does not limit liability for damage caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
12. App stores
If you obtained the Game from the Apple App Store or Google Play, you must also follow that store’s terms. On iOS, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and are not responsible for the Game or its content.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above, and we will announce significant changes in the Game or on this page. By continuing to use the Game after a change, you agree to the updated Terms.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance, unless mandatory law where you live (such as consumer protection law) provides otherwise.
15. General
If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains in effect. These Terms are provided in Traditional Chinese, English, Japanese and Korean; if the versions differ, the Traditional Chinese version prevails unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

「Corgidoku」(이하 “본 게임”)를 찾아 주셔서 감사합니다. 본 게임은 Tiangong Culture & Entertainment Co., Ltd.(天公文化娛樂有限公司, 이하 “회사”)가 제공합니다. 본 게임을 다운로드, 설치 또는 이용하는 경우 본 이용약관 및 개인정보처리방침에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 동의하지 않는 경우에는 본 게임의 이용을 중단해 주십시오.
1. 이용 자격
만 18세 미만(또는 이용자가 거주하는 지역의 법률에서 정한 성년 연령 미만)인 경우, 부모 또는 법정대리인이 본 약관을 읽고 동의한 후에 본 게임을 이용해 주십시오.
2. 이용 허락
회사는 이용자가 소유하거나 관리하는 기기에 본 게임을 설치하고 이용할 수 있도록, 개인적·비상업적 용도로 한정되고 양도 및 재허락이 불가능하며 철회할 수 있는 제한적인 이용권을 이용자에게 부여합니다. 본 약관에서 명시적으로 부여하지 않은 모든 권리는 회사가 보유합니다.
3. 온라인 계정
온라인 기능(온라인 대전, 친구)이 열리면 본 게임은 이용자를 위해 익명 온라인 계정을 자동으로 생성합니다. 로그인 인증 정보는 이용자의 기기에만 저장됩니다.
기기를 변경하거나 본 게임을 제거하거나 앱 데이터를 삭제하면 계정을 영구적으로 잃을 수 있으며, 회사는 이를 복구해 드릴 수 없습니다.
이용자의 계정을 통해 이루어진 모든 행위에 대한 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
이용자는 언제든지 게임 내 ‘설정 → 계정 삭제’에서 계정을 삭제할 수 있으며, 이때 해당 기기의 게임 진행 상황도 함께 지워집니다. 삭제한 계정은 복구할 수 없습니다.
4. 게임 내 아이템
뼈다귀, 힌트 등 게임 내 아이템은 본 게임 안에서만 사용할 수 있으며, 현금 가치가 없고 현금으로 교환하거나 양도 또는 판매할 수 없습니다. 게임의 균형을 유지하기 위해 회사는 게임 내 아이템의 수량, 획득 방법 또는 효과를 변경할 수 있습니다. 본 게임에는 현재 인앱 결제 기능이 없습니다.
5. 광고
본 게임에는 제3자가 제공하는 광고가 포함되어 있습니다. 광고에 대한 책임은 광고주에게 있으며, 이용자와 광고주 사이의 모든 거래 및 교류는 이용자와 해당 광고주 사이의 일로서 회사는 이에 관여하지 않습니다. 보상형 광고 시청으로 받는 아이템은 실제로 지급된 것을 기준으로 하며, 광고가 끝까지 재생되지 않거나 광고를 불러오지 못한 경우에는 지급되지 않을 수 있습니다.
6. 이용 규칙
이용자는 본 게임을 이용할 때 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
치트 프로그램을 사용하거나, 본 게임의 코드 또는 데이터를 변조하거나, 자동화 도구를 사용하거나, 그 밖의 방법으로 부정행위를 하거나 불공정한 이익을 얻는 행위
회사 서버의 운영을 방해 또는 공격하거나 과도한 요청으로 서버에 부하를 주는 행위, 또는 시스템이나 데이터에 무단으로 접근하려는 행위
본 게임을 리버스 엔지니어링, 디컴파일 또는 디스어셈블하는 행위(법률이 명시적으로 허용하는 경우는 제외)
모욕적·차별적·혐오적·선정적이거나 괴롭힘에 해당하는 닉네임, 타인을 사칭하는 닉네임 또는 타인의 권리를 침해하는 닉네임을 사용하는 행위
친구, 초대, 선물 또는 대전 기능을 이용해 다른 사람을 괴롭히는 행위, 또는 담합이나 반복적인 대전 이탈 등의 방법으로 보상을 부당하게 얻는 행위
관련 법령을 위반하는 행위
이용자가 본 약관을 위반한 경우, 회사는 이용자의 닉네임을 변경하거나, 온라인 기능의 이용을 제한 또는 정지하거나, 온라인 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.
7. 닉네임
이용자가 설정한 닉네임은 다른 플레이어에게 표시됩니다. 이용자는 해당 닉네임을 사용할 권리가 있음을 보증하며, 서비스 제공을 위해 회사가 본 게임에서 이를 표시하는 것에 동의합니다. 회사는 부적절한 닉네임을 삭제하거나 변경할 수 있습니다.
이용자는 게임 내에서 부적절한 닉네임을 신고하거나 다른 플레이어를 차단할 수 있습니다. 3명 이상의 플레이어에게 신고된 닉네임은 자동으로 무작위 이름으로 바뀌며, 이후 다시 사용할 수 없습니다.
8. 지식재산권
본 게임의 소프트웨어, 아트워크, 캐릭터, 음악, 효과음, 레벨, 텍스트 및 상표는 회사 또는 회사에 이용을 허락한 권리자에게 귀속되며, 저작권법 및 그 밖의 법률에 따라 보호됩니다.
9. 서비스의 변경, 중단 및 종료
회사는 온라인 기능을 포함하여 본 게임의 전부 또는 일부를 업데이트, 변경, 일시 중단 또는 종료할 수 있으며, 유지보수, 장애 또는 불가항력으로 인해 일시적으로 서비스를 제공하지 못할 수 있습니다. 온라인 서비스를 종료하려는 경우, 회사는 가능한 한 사전에 게임 내 또는 공식 페이지를 통해 공지하도록 노력하겠습니다.
10. 면책
본 게임은 “있는 그대로(as is)” 제공됩니다. 법률이 허용하는 범위에서 회사는 본 게임이 중단 없이 제공되거나, 오류가 없거나, 모든 기기에서 정상적으로 작동한다는 것을 보증하지 않습니다.
11. 책임의 제한
법률이 허용하는 범위에서, 회사는 이용자가 본 게임을 이용하거나 이용하지 못함으로 인해 발생한 간접적·부수적·특별 또는 결과적 손해에 대하여 책임을 지지 않습니다. 다만, 회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해와 법률상 배제하거나 제한할 수 없는 책임에 대해서는 그러하지 아니합니다.
12. 앱 스토어
Apple App Store 또는 Google Play에서 본 게임을 받은 경우, 이용자는 해당 스토어의 약관도 준수해야 합니다. iOS 버전에는 Apple의 표준 최종 사용자 라이선스 계약(Licensed Application End User License Agreement)도 적용됩니다. Apple과 Google은 본 약관의 당사자가 아니며, 본 게임 및 그 콘텐츠에 대하여 책임을 지지 않습니다.
13. 약관의 변경
회사는 본 약관을 변경할 수 있습니다. 약관을 변경하는 경우 이 페이지 상단의 “최종 수정일”을 갱신하며, 중요한 변경 사항은 게임 내 또는 이 페이지에서 별도로 공지합니다. 변경 후에도 본 게임을 계속 이용하는 경우 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
14. 준거법 및 관할법원
본 약관은 중화민국(대만) 법률을 준거법으로 합니다. 본 약관과 관련하여 발생한 분쟁은 대만 타이베이지방법원(臺灣臺北地方法院)을 제1심 관할법원으로 합니다. 다만, 이용자가 거주하는 지역의 강행법규(소비자 보호에 관한 규정 등)에 달리 정함이 있는 경우에는 그에 따릅니다.
15. 기타
본 약관의 일부가 무효로 판단되더라도 나머지 부분은 계속 효력을 가집니다. 본 약관은 번체 중국어, 영어, 일본어 및 한국어로 제공되며, 각 언어 버전의 내용이 서로 다른 경우 이용자가 거주하는 지역의 법률에 달리 정함이 있는 경우를 제외하고 번체 중국어 버전이 우선합니다.
